April fools day dive at PV
Went over to PV for a quick dive and anchored up at 50ft. I had Mike (Rustyhook) chumming squid and shrimp from the boat and I went down with the speargun.
From the surface to the bottom I can see the trail of squid and the fish were already down there for me to spear. I saw alot of sheephead along with calico's,sculpin,and various perch. Ended up with 5 nice sheephead and I have one on the stove now for dinner that we are steaming and will have it with ginger and onion   It was pretty calm today with about 15ft vis. |
